Merchant & Mills Foreman Mens Jacket Fleece Jacket Down Jacket Parka

Inspired by traditional workwear of the early fifties, the practical and hardwearing Foreman is an unlined utilitarian jacket made to take charge.

Features a boxy cut, 2 piece sleeves, a neat square collar, 2 hip pockets and one breast pocket. Can be optionally top-stitched in contrasting thread.

Strong cottons in twill or plain weaves such as denim will show off the topstitching details the best. Corduroy, moleskin or tweed will give a softer interpretation.

The first image jacket (hanging) has been made up in a 10oz denim - washed.  The other jacket (worn) has been sewn using a 12.5oz denim

This jacket has been cut and designed for a man. The lengthened Foreman that our model with the blond hair is wearing – this is a size 38 at the shoulder graded out at the underarm/side seam to a size 42 and lengthened to a finished length of 110cm.

We have written a  on Foreman Jacket with lots of pictures if you would like to see it made up!
